“There is one thing stronger than all the world and that is an idea whose time has come.”  Victor Hugo aptly states where Public Access Defibrillation now finds itself – at the very core of research, controversy, curiosity, determination -  and resolution to reverse some of the statistics related to Sudden Cardiac Arrest  (SCA). We have come together with that thought as our “bottom line.”  Formation of our company was the logical result of our countless personal experiences with SCA victims.  Believing life to be the precious gift that it is, we began to realize that we had observed enough of the consequences of SCA from the sidelines.  The time has come for us to become proactive rather than reactive, to accomplish something rather than simply being concerned.

RECirc, Inc. is committed to providing the tools and training to the community as a means of impacting the serious threat of SCA on society.  Through progressive and innovative technology, we will deliver a continuing comprehensive program designed to educate ,enable and prepare the public to act in this life-threatening situation.  The RECirc team of clinically trained individuals is dedicated to improving Public Access Defibrillation. 

Both initial certification and recertification are available for all of the courses we offer.  You may choose to direct your training “on-line” by taking advantage of the website www.emergencyuniversity.com or you may opt for a more traditional instructor-led program. Originally conceived to offer CPR training on Cape Cod, RECirc now participates in a network of instructors around the United States. If self-directed training on-line fits your schedule best, RECirc will assist in arranging hands-on demonstratio for final certification.
